一個(gè)A173UHCPU故障,生產(chǎn)停止了12天,損失嚴重,請大家幫忙.
把A173UHCPU打到安裝OS模式,用SV43P軟件監視A173UHCPU后發(fā)現SFC(M2037)和SySTEM SETTING error(M2041)出錯標志,CPU "run"閃爍指示,"ERROR"沒(méi)有閃爍,,把A173UHCPU打回正常工作模式后,發(fā)現"run,"ERROR均未任何指示,且編程電纜始終連接不上.請問(wèn)會(huì )不會(huì )是OS出了問(wèn)題,對于普通用戶(hù)小A MOTION需要安裝OS嗎?我沒(méi)有這個(gè)軟件,如果誰(shuí)有,請發(fā)一份OS給我,我可以買(mǎi)他的模塊備件,我的郵箱：wensuwen2003@163.com

具體情況再補充一下:國慶放假,工人把設備電源關(guān)了,結果兩天后發(fā)現CPU錯誤報警,我把SFC程序下載下來(lái)后發(fā)現程序斷斷續續,程序是丟失了很多,但發(fā)現電池沒(méi)有問(wèn)題.3.6V,我把備份的程序和設置以及MOTION參數慣進(jìn)去后發(fā)現還是錯誤.是不是OS的問(wèn)題?

問(wèn)題出現過(guò)程
1:設備斷電兩天后開(kāi)啟來(lái)發(fā)現CPU顯示ERROR報警,且常亮,RUN無(wú)指示,嘗試復位,無(wú)效.
2:起初軟件師用軟件嘗試通訊和連接CPU,無(wú)法通訊上,后將CPU打到OS安裝模式下,復位CPU:RUN以1秒間隔閃爍,ERROR滅,此時(shí)用通訊線(xiàn)可以使PC機連接CPU.
3:軟件師將CPU程序下載下來(lái),發(fā)現程序斷斷續續,并且編程頁(yè)面呈現黃色狀態(tài).
4:工程師將原來(lái)備份的程序寫(xiě)進(jìn)去后發(fā)現仍然有錯誤出現.用GX-developer監視PLC錯誤代碼如下:
Error code(D9008)    31
Detailed error code(D9091)    ---
Error message    UNIT VERIFY ERR.[Checked continuously.]
5:利用SWnRNC-GSVE軟件包工具嘗試將侍服電機設置寫(xiě)入進(jìn)去,發(fā)現無(wú)法通訊上.
6:經(jīng)過(guò)反復嘗試發(fā)現OS已經(jīng)不存在,這個(gè)結論是我們Montior時(shí)頁(yè)面給的提示.頁(yè)面提示OS不匹配.
7::在 SWnRNC-GSVE軟件的 Installation of motion controller OS的這個(gè)項目中,如果OS存在就應該會(huì )提示CPU本體OS的型號和版本,但他提示沒(méi)有注冊.這個(gè)結論是我們在連接其他相同配置的此種CPU所給出不同狀態(tài)而判斷的.在連接另外一臺1/2切割時(shí),它會(huì )顯示模塊本體的版本.
8:其他現象補充:CCLINK模塊RUN運行,但其他指示燈沒(méi)有亮,GOT屏幕無(wú)法和CPU通訊上.,放大器沒(méi)有顯示準備狀態(tài).CPU電池是3.6V.
9:我們有一塊A172UHCPU放上去后RUN能夠正常指示,只是備份的SFC程序是基于A(yíng)173UHCPU的,所以無(wú)法替代之.
對于貴方給予的寶貴方法我們也做了很多詳細的檢查和嘗試,發(fā)現不是電氣回路問(wèn)題.

2:如果是軟件系統問(wèn)題,我們應該如何進(jìn)行正確配置和操作?
3:如果是硬件問(wèn)題,我們同樣需要正確的操作方法,包括如何安裝OS,如何設置等等.?
4:目前我們沒(méi)有OS軟件包,所以無(wú)法做下一步的診斷.只有安裝了OS后,方才能進(jìn)去Servo Data Setting和System Setting等等工作.所以需要得到貴方的幫助.!
5:如果用A172UHCPU替代,又應做那些具體工作?
在等待貴方給以幫助的同時(shí),我們將繼續努力找到解決的辦法.此設備系統在FY穩定運行了好幾年,此次出現偶然的故障 ,我們希望通過(guò)雙方努力一致將問(wèn)題解決

How to install the motion controller OS is explained below.
Install the OS to:

Use a newly purchased motion CPU for the first time.
Change the motion controller OS installed in the motion CPU for the motion controller OS of the different type .
Use the motion controller OS of a new version when the motion controller OS is updated.

          A171SHCPU          A172SHCPU          A173UHCPU                        A273UHCPU    1) Power off the motion CPU.2) Set the installation switch to ON.
The A273UHCPU has the installation switch on its rear panel.
Remove the CPU from the base unit, set the installation switch to ON, and load the CPU to the base unit.3) Connect the motion CPU and personal computer by the cable.4) Power on the motion CPU.
Powering the A273UHCPU on shows "INSTALL" on its LED display. It does not appear for the A171SHCPU/A172SHCPU/A173UHCPU.
   
    5) Start "Install" from the start menu of Windows NT/98/2000/XP.

    7) Insert the first FD for motion controller OS into the floppy disk drive.* You can also copy the FDs for motion controller OS to the hard disk and install the data copied to the hard disk.

POINT

(1) Performing installation does not rewrite the positioning data and SFC programs written to the motion CPU.
(2) Before starting the installation of the motion controller OS, always set the installation switch to ON.

１：日本人對Ａ１７３ＵＨＣＰＵ的操作系統其實(shí)是基與ＤＯＳ開(kāi)發(fā)的，且這種操作系統一般均是安裝在一塊閃存下的，也就是說(shuō)這個(gè)操作系統不需要電池維持，但它可以安裝和升級，ＦＡ中心沒(méi)有這個(gè)東西，這個(gè)東西的ＯＳ一般情況下是在日本已經(jīng)慣好的．
２：我用Ａ２７３ＵＨＣＰＵ的操作系統安裝上去后出現了一個(gè)預想不到的問(wèn)題：破壞了原有的操作系統，使得通過(guò)設置軟件無(wú)法將參數和ＳＦＣ傳輸到ＰＣＰＵ里（原來(lái)是可以的）．
３：不明白為什么不適合的操作系統它已經(jīng)提示不兼容，為何只是點(diǎn)了一下安裝，就破壞了原本的ＯＳ，并且提示ＣＰＵ沒(méi)有注冊．難到安裝新的操作系統要先注冊，那么這個(gè)注冊是軟注冊還是硬注冊．
請大家幫忙，給點(diǎn)建議！現在是停廠(chǎng)的第８天了，我們束手無(wú)策，除非把系統升級為Ｑ�。停希裕桑希�，但那樣代價(jià)很大．
